Wiper Glasses

"Getting a set of wipers fitted for those, mate?" Just one of a collection of terrible jokes every glasses wearer has to suffer at least five times a day. But now you can make those comedians laugh on the other side of their face (instead of just smashing them in it).

These bright purple glasses would make Deirdre Barlow want to spit with envy. Not only do they light up; they've also got their very own windscreen wipers. These glasses aren't just a novelty they're the future of optometry. Why clean your specs on a scrappy bit of yellow cloth when you can let technology take over?

Wall Walking Robot

Remember when the likes of Tomorrow's World told us that robots would rule the Earth by the Year 2000? Yeah, well we were also told we'd be living on the moon and eating lunch in tablet form by now; that didn't quite work out either.

The Daleks in Doctor Who proved what most of us already knew: that robots exist purely to entertain us. Now you can have your own robotic entertainment with the Wall Walking Robot, with a special prize and applause to the first person who can guess what it does from the subtle clue in its name. (And if you still don't know as it takes a step forward it puts a sucker on the wall and then squeezes so it gains a grip).

Within minutes of your first demonstration of the robot's powers, he'll be top of all your friends' Most Wanted Lists. After all, who wouldn't want one of these nifty little fellas to entertain them day or night? It's only once you start having a conversation with them that you start to realise that maybe you've been single for too long...

Fisher Space Pen

This is the pen designed by Fisher for use by NASA astronauts. It's the only pen in the world that will let you write over fingerprints, underwater, on wet paper, freezing cold (-30°f), extreme heat
(250°f) and in the gravity free vacuum of space!

The Fisher Space Pen is on permanent display in the New York Museum of Modern Art. Some pen makers have tried to copy Fishers torpedo style design, but nobody has been able to duplicate their patented internal ink pressure system.

Standard issue to NASA astronauts. There aren't many design icons you can buy for this price, that are quite literally out of this world!

Line Tracer Zoo

From the people who brought you the Soccer Robot comes The Line Tracer Zoo - the robot who knows exactly where he's going and never strays from the path .

The Line Tracer Zoo is a robot with eyes; eyes with the ability to distinguish between black and white. Draw a black line on a white sheet of paper, switch on the Zoo and watch in fascination as he follows it. And if you've ever tried to walk a straight line on the way home from the pub, you'll know it's not as easy as it sounds. And you don't have to stick to straight lines either - draw a curved line, a figure of eight or a pattern, and watch the Zoo dance himself dizzy.

The Line Tracer Zoo comes as a build it yourself kit, so not only do you get to have fun playing with it, you get to look like a right clever clogs by putting it together first. No soldering necessary.
